| Resumen: | En la actualidad la carencia de una correcta infraestructura de movilidad y equipamientos viales no permite que se genere un óptimo desarrollo para el crecimiento socio económico de la región. Por ello en el caso específico se presentan tres elementos complementarios que son: el ambiental, logístico-comercial y agro-turista, necesarios para lograr una mejor competitividad regional y a gran escala el progreso del país a través de sus sistemas estructurantes, que permitirá solucionar la conectividad interregional, la disminución en los tiempos de recorrido y reducir el impacto frente a las emisiones de dióxido de carbono en el medio ambiente, mejorando la calidad de vida de las personas. |
| Abstract: | At present, the lack of a proper mobility infrastructure and road equipment doesn't allow an optimum development to be generated for the socio-economic growth of the region. Therefore, in the specific case there are three complementary elements that are: the environmental, logistic-commercial and agro-tourist, necessary to achieve a better regional competitiveness and large-scale progress of the country through its structuring systems, which will solve the interregional connectivity, the reduction in travel times and reduce the impact on carbon dioxide emissions in the environment, improving the quality of life of people. |
