Resumen: | Las compañías actualmente buscan como transformarse con el fin de adaptarse al dinamismo del mercado, esta transformación debe iniciar desde la base de la organización con los empleados, para ello es necesario contar con un CEO capacitado que impulse a sus empleados y los conduzca por el camino del cambio, con herramientas como la motivación y el sentido de pertenencia de la empresa. Muchos gerentes de las compañías cuentan con los conocimientos técnicos para desempeñar un buen cargo, y son caracterizados en muchas ocasiones por la autonomía y la responsabilidad con la que operan diariamente, junto a esto es pertinente que la formación para el desarrollo humano se vea reflejada ya que es uno de los principios que orientan y regulan la cotidianidad en las empresas. |
Abstract: | Companies currently seek how to transform in order to adapt to the dynamism of themarket, this transformation must start from the base of the organization with the employees, for this it is necessary to have a trained CEO who drives their employees and leads them along the way. of change, with tools such as motivation and the company's sense of belonging. Many company managers have the technical knowledge to carry out a good position,and are often characterized by the autonomy and responsibility with which they operate daily, together with this it is pertinent that training for human development is already reflected which is one of the principles that guide and regulate daily life in companies. |
