Resumen:	Inicialmente, se realizó un diagnóstico inicial a la empresa, para identificar su estado actual y los diferentes factores que impactan directamente en ella; se aplicó un análisis con la herramienta propuesta por la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá para así detallar aspectos clave de la empresa. Siguiente a esto, se realizó un estudio de mercados, el cual ayudó a determinar aspectos relevantes para la correcta comercialización del servicio ofrecido por la empresa, esto se logró a través del análisis del sector, la identificación de las barreras de entrada, se segmentó el mercado, se identificaron los clientes que utilizan este servicio a los cuales se les aplicó una encuesta, se realizó el pronóstico de la demanda y se realizó el plan de mercado. Luego, se realizó el estudio técnico, con el que se establecieron todos los elementos que impactan directamente el servicio, como las capacidades, mano de obra, equipos de oficina, distribución de espacios, buenas prácticas de ergonomía y antropometría, los elementos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y las 5’s además del impacto ambiental. Además, se propuso el diseño e implementación móvil con el fin de reducir actividades internas y controlar de mejor manera el proceso logístico de la empresa. Finalmente, se realizó un resumen financiero de la organización, donde se demostró la viabilidad del proyecto, a través de elementos contables como el estado de resultados y el balance general de la empresa.
Abstract:	Initially, an initial diagnosis was made to the company, to identify its current status and the different factors that directly impact it; An analysis was applied with the tool proposed by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá to detail key aspects of the company. Following this, a market study was carried out, which helped determine relevant aspects for the correct commercialization of the service offered by the company, this was achieved through the analysis of the sector, the identification of entry barriers, the segment was segmented market, customers using this service were identified to which a survey was applied, the demand forecast was made and the market plan was made. Then, the technical study was carried out, with which all the elements that directly impact the service were established, such as capacities, labor, office equipment, space distribution, good ergonomics and anthropometry practices, safety elements and health at work and the 5's in addition to the environmental impact. In addition, the mobile design and implementation was proposed in order to reduce internal activities and better control the logistics process of the company. Finally, a financial summary of the organization was made, where the viability of the project was demonstrated, through accounting elements such as the income statement and the company's balance sheet.
