| Resumen: | Dope D.C es una microempresa encargada de la producción de cerveza artesanal , ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá; gracias a la gran variedad y la calidad en productos, se ve en la necesidad de aumentar su capacidad de producción, por tal motivo deciden invertir en una sala de cocción con un capacidad de producción de 120L. Debido a esto el estudiante deberá establecer las condiciones de operación en cada una de las etapas y lograr producir un estilo APA. |
| Abstract: | Dope D.C is a microenterprise responsible for the production of craft beer, located in the city of Bogotá; Thanks to the great variety and quality of products, it is necessary to increase their production capacity, for this reason they decide to invest in a cooking room with a production capacity of 120L. Because of this, the student must establish the operating conditions in each of the stages and produce an APA style. |
