Resumen: | En la actualidad Vivimos en una sociedad altamente competitiva, donde las organizaciones plantean estrategias y reúnen el mejor capital humano posible para poder estar a la vanguardia con respecto a sus competidores. Uno de los factores claves para que una organización sea exitosa y sostenible en el tiempo, es el talento humano de dicha organización. En el sector de servicios, específicamente el sector de alimentos y bebidas, al cual Pertenece, la organización Hero Express Gourmet, es un sector bastante competido y saturado, por eso es fundamental contar con el mejor talento humano para poder ser sostenible en el tiempo y ser rentable. |
Abstract: | Currently we live in a highly competitive society, where organizations propose strategies and gather the best possible human capital to be at the forefront of their competitors. One of the key factors for an organization to be successful and sustainable over time, is the human talent of that organization. In the service sector, specifically the food and beverage sector, to which Belongs, the organization Hero Express Gourmet, is a very competitive and saturated sector, so it is essential to have the best human talent to be sustainable over time and To be profitable. |
