Resumen: | La unidad de Procesamiento alimentario del Guaviare tiene por objeto la transformación y generación de valor agregado del principal producto de le región como lo es la yuca. Se plantea como un generador de crecimiento económico, catalizador social y potenciador de la agricultura sostenible en el municipio del Retorno y en el departamento. Localizado estratégicamente dentro del casco urbano y bajo la propuesta del plan parcial hoja agro-sustentable; que tiene por objeto la búsqueda de una activación económica de la región por medio de la sustitución de los cultivos ilícitos por la agricultura sustentable, que garantice el sustento y el crecimiento de la población municipal y departamental. |
Abstract: | The Guaviare Food Processing unit aims at the transformation and generation of value added of the main product of the region as is cassava. It is proposed as a generator of economic growth, someration and enhancer of sustainable agriculture in the municipality of Retorno and in the department. Strategically located within the urban area and under the proposal of the partial plan agro-sustainable leaf; which aims to find economic activation of the region through the substitution of illicit crops with sustainable agriculture, which guarantees the livelihood and growth of the municipal and departmental population. |
