| Resumen: | Implementando todo el conocimiento para generar equipos de alto rendimiento en nuestras empresas, veremos los beneficios a corto plazo como: alto desempeño, mayor productividad y mejor ambiente laboral; produciendo así mayor inversión en el sector que se maneje.Como característica principal de estos equipos vemos como un líder es el que permite llevar a cabo todas las estrategias previas para desarrollar equipos de alto rendimiento, sin olvidar que este líder tiene que tener cualidades innatas para poder liderar y encaminar a su equipo al éxito |
| Abstract: | Implementing all the knowledge to make high performance groups inside the companies, we will see the benefits in a short time lapse like: high performance,increment in the productivity and a better work environment, making more investment in the business sector. The principal characteristic of this teams we can see that the leader is who makes the strategies possibles to develop the high performance groups, without forget the leader must have personal qualities to get the success. |
