Resumen: | En Colombia, la prevención y gestión del riesgo se organizan y articulan mediante un régimen normativo que coordina entidades públicas, privadas y civiles; En el proceso de planeación territorial en salud, destacó el propósito de la Dimensión de Emergencias y Desastres del plan Decenal de Salud pública – PDSP 2012 -2021, que buscaba proteger a la población ante un riesgo de desastre y ayudar a reducir eventos negativos en la integridad humana y ambiental, lo cual se logra por medio de la gestión eficaz del riesgo; y, a su vez, esta dimensión en la aplicación en la planeación territorial en salud previno, promovió, educó, atendió y manejó situaciones de emergencia, fortaleciendo la capacidad de afrontar los cambios y aportando a la seguridad sanitaria. |
Abstract: | In Colombia, risk prevention and management are organized and articulated through a regulatory regime that coordinates public, private and civil entities; In the territorial health planning process, the purpose of the Emergencies and Disasters Dimension of the Ten-Year Public Health Plan – PDSP 2012-2021 was highlighted, which sought to protect the population from a disaster risk and help reduce negative events in the human and environmental integrity, which is achieved through effective risk management; and, in turn, this dimension in the application in territorial health planning prevented, promoted, educated, attended and managed emergency situations, strengthening the capacity to face changes and contributing to health security. |
