An approach was carried out with the company to understand its context, carry out a diagnosis of the current situation of the company, the segregation of work centers and its flow in the production process. Once we had clarity about the internal production process and the company's inventory management in its various work areas, an investigation was initiated which articulated the Lean Manufacturing methodologies that, together with the inventory models that best suited the company, would allow generate a positive impact on your internal management. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente documento muestra el análisis realizado a la empresa Vidrios Tempse S.A.S la cual no cuenta con un modelo de inventarios solido acorde a su crecimiento en el sector arquitectónico y automotriz donde prestan el servicio de fabricación y diseño de vidrios templados en estas dos líneas de negocio. Se realizó un acercamiento con la empresa para conocer su contexto, realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual de la empresa, la segregación de los centros de trabajo y su flujo en el proceso productivo. Una vez teniendo claridad del proceso de producción interno y el manejo de inventario de la compañía en sus diversas áreas de trabajo se inició una investigación la cual articulaba las metodologías de Lean Manufacturing que unidas con los modelos de inventarios que mejor se adecuaran a la empresa permitiesen generar un impacto positivo en su gestión interna. | spa |
