| Resumen: | El valor del patrimonio en los centros históricos es de gran importancia para las ciudades del mundo, no solo de las necesidades de observarlos como una memoria de hechos constructivos y simbólicos sino como un potencial significativo para el desarrollo de la economía local que a través de la colectividad se logran reconocimientos desde la parte creativa apropiándose del uso de sus espacios y recomponiendo los centros históricos como un lugar de todos para todos. |
| Abstract: | The value of heritage in historic centers is of great importance for the cities of the world, not only for the need to observe them as a memory of constructive and symbolic events, but also as a significant potential for the development of the local economy that through the collective recognition is achieved from the creative part appropriating the use of its spaces and recomposing the historic centers as a place for everyone for everyone. |
