Resumen:	En el presente trabajo, se presenta un plan de negocios enfocado hacia el ecoturismo, para este proyecto, se construyen unos glamping en el municipio de Carmen de Carupa, con el fin de potencializar e impulsar esta actividad, sin causar mayor impacto en el medio ambiente, y al mismo tiempo, potenciar las culturas y economía de algunos campesinos que habitan allí. Por tal motivo, se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica, que permito ampliar los conceptos básicos del turismo y ecoturismo, y así, establecer un concepto claro de la actividad económica que se iba a implementar en este municipio, teniendo en cuenta conceptos como: glamping, medio ambiente, presupuesto y plan de negocios, lo cual permite, que se tenga un panorama amplio, por ultimo y no menos importante toda la parte de estudio tanto de mercadeo como financiero el cual nos brindara una perspectiva de que investigaciones tenemos que desarrollar para conocer cuál es nuestro tipo de cliente y al mismo tiempo conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto.
Abstract:	In the present work, a business plan focused on ecotourism is presented, for this project, some glamping sites are built in the municipality of Carmen de Carupa, in order to potentiate and promote this activity, without causing a greater impact on the environment. , and at the same time, promote the cultures and economy of some peasants who live there. For this reason, a bibliographic search was carried out, which allowed to expand the basic concepts of tourism and ecotourism, and thus, establish a clear concept of the economic activity that was going to be implemented in this municipality, taking into account concepts such as: glamping, environment environment, budget and business plan, which allows us to have a broad overview, last and not least all the study part, both marketing and financial, which will give us a perspective of what research we have to develop to know which is our type of client and at the same time know the profitability of the project.
