| Resumen: | Luego de una análisis general de la región Norte se identifican las falencias y beneficios que le sector ofrece a la ciudad y la región misma, donde verificamos que tras la alta demanda que Bogotá presenta con respecto a las necesidades administrativas, educativas y de todo tipo de servicios prestados a la región, los bordes de la ciudad deben ser utilizados como instrumento para la disminución de ingreso de población flotante a la ciudad, bordes que deben ser permeables pero que deben contar con todos los equipamientos que conlleven a este objetivo; desde medios de transporte propicios para la demanda como elementos de protección ambiental que disminuyan el impacto que ellas mismas generan. |
| Abstract: | After a general analysis of the northern region we identify the shortcomings and benefits that the sector offers to the city and the region itself, where we verify that after the high demand that Bogota presents with respect to administrative, educational and all kinds of needs Services rendered to the region, the edges of the city should be used as a tool to reduce the population's floating income to the city, edges that must be permeable but must have all the equipment that lead to this goal; From means of transportation conducive to demand as elements of environmental protection that diminish the impact that they generate. |
