| dc.description.abstract | Luego de una análisis general de la región Norte se identifican las falencias y beneficios que le sector ofrece a la ciudad y la región misma, donde verificamos que tras la alta demanda que Bogotá presenta con respecto a las necesidades administrativas, educativas y de todo tipo de servicios prestados a la región, los bordes de la ciudad deben ser utilizados como instrumento para la disminución de ingreso de población flotante a la ciudad, bordes que deben ser permeables pero que deben contar con todos los equipamientos que conlleven a este objetivo; desde medios de transporte propicios para la demanda como elementos de protección ambiental que disminuyan el impacto que ellas mismas generan. | es_CO |
