Resumen: | Este documento tiene como objetivo principal analizar la evolución de la brecha salarial entre hombres y mujeres en Colombia a partir de los factores que inciden en esta, y de las políticas públicas implementadas desde los Planes Nacionales de Desarrollo para el periodo 2010 – 2018. El trabajo se desarrolla con el fin de establecer si las políticas públicas implementadas presentaron un impacto positivo en la disminución de la brecha salarial y sus factores, para lo cual, en el proceso, se identificaron los factores más representativos que inciden en la brecha salarial de acuerdo a la metodología de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT), y se expuso a situación de la mujer en el mercado laboral, posteriormente se identificaron los Planes Nacionales de Desarrollo para este periodo y de allí se establecieron que políticas públicas fueron propuestas en torno a la disminución de la brecha salarial y sus factores. |
Abstract: | The main objective of this document is to analyze the evolution of the gender pay gap in Colombia based on the factors affecting it, and the public policies implemented since the National Development Plans for the period 2010 – 2018. Work is being carried out to establish whether implemented public policies had a positive impact on the reduction of the wage gap and its factors, for which, in the process, the most representative factors affecting the pay gap were identified according to the methodology of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and exposed to the situation of women in the labour market , the National Development Plans for this period were subsequently identified and from there it was established that public policies were proposed around the reduction of the wage gap and its factors. |
