Resumen: | La hamburguesa es una comida popular por los consumidores de todo el mundo. Es un alimento característico desde el Siglo XX, sin embargo, no siempre se consumió como la conocemos hoy en día. Según Acevedo, esta ha tenido que pasar por muchos cambios través de la historia, en la que desarrollo diferentes funciones en cada momento de la historia de la humanidad, como lo han sido los tiempos de guerra, las revoluciones industriales, las cambiantes dinámicas de la sociedad, la globalización, entre otros factores que han influenciado su preparación, aspecto, ingredientes y sabores. Esta continua reinvención, se ha adaptado a cada uno de los gustos a través de sus diferentes presentaciones. Como lo afirma Accor Live Limitless, es un hecho que la hamburguesa se ha ganado un prestigio y ha conseguido estar dentro de las tendencias gastronómicas más relevantes, desde la comida rápida, hasta la comida gourmet. |
Abstract: | The hamburger is a popular and known meal by the consumers around the world. It is a characteristic food since the 20th century, however, it was not always consumed as we know it today. It has had to go through many changes throughout history, it had different functions at each moment in the history of mankind, such as the times of war, the industrial revolutions, the dynamics changes of society, the globalization, among other factors that have influenced the preparation, appearance, ingredients and flavors; and that have made it come to the food we know today. This continuous reinvention has been adapted to each of the tastes through the different presentations. It is a fact that the hamburger has gained a prestige and has managed to be within the most relevant gastronomic trends, from fast food, to gourmet food. |
