| Resumen: | Box Servicios Ltda., es una empresa que se dedica a la fabricación de muebles para oficina, con una experiencia en el mercado de hace aproximadamente 17 años, sin embargo ha venido presentando dificultades tanto técnicas como administrativas, que hacen que disminuyan sus utilidades. La presentación de la propuesta busca brindar soluciones a los problemas tanto técnicos como administrativos, por medio de la estandarización de procesos y tiempos, nuevo planteamiento del diseño de planta y adicionalmente proporcionando una visión a futuro basada en el cumplimiento de objetivos. |
| Abstract: | Box Servicios Ltda., Is a company that is dedicated to the manufacture of office furniture, with an experience in the market for approximately 17 years, however it has been presenting both technical and administrative difficulties, which reduce its profits. The presentation of the proposal seeks to provide solutions to both technical and administrative problems, through the standardization of processes and times, a new approach to plant design and additionally providing a future vision based on the fulfillment of objectives. |
