Resumen: | El propósito de esta monografía es gestionar el conocimiento a la transformación organizacional ligada de diferentes herramientas como lo son los factores críticos de éxito, ventajas competitivas y la parte más importante el clima organizacional, con el fin de realizar un mejoramiento continuo a partir de la gestión humana de esta manera se proporcionan roles de éxito a las organizaciones actuales a partir de paradigmas que se crean con las necesidades de cada organización, la transformación organizacional es el paso que toda organización debe dar para alcanzar el éxito ya que para ser más competitiva una organización se debe innovar no solo internamente “gestión humana”, sino externamente “estratégicamente”, siendo los colaboradores la parte fundamental para el progreso de este cambio ya que de ellos depende el cambio de una organización. |
Abstract: | The purpose of this monograph is to manage knowledge to the organizational transformation linked to different tools such as the critical success factors, competitive advantages and the most important part of the organizational climate, in order to make a continuous improvement from the management In this way, in this way, successful roles are provided to current organizations based on paradigms that are created with the needs of each organization, organizational transformation is the step that every organization must take to achieve success since to be more competitive an organization it is necessary to innovate not only internally "human management", but externally "strategically", the collaborators being the fundamental part for the progress of this change since the change of an organization depends on them. |
