Resumen: | La felicidad laboral es el reto que se han planteado las empresas, como una estrategia para retener al personal, entender el concepto de felicidad y llevarlo al trabajo es la tarea constante para implementar estrategias que conducen a generar felicidad en cada uno de los trabajadores. Definir la felicidad ha sido estudio y preocupación desde tiempos muy antiguos y a partir de la revisión bibliográfica y de investigaciones realizadas, se abordará la felicidad como uno de los factores importantes en el momento de retener y mantener el talento humano, recurso vital de toda empresa, la fuga de personal es un riesgo constante debido a la globalización y competitividad, hoy se habla de la gestión de personas, para tener resultados positivos que contribuyen a que las empresas sean sosteniblemente competitivas. |
Abstract: | Happiness at work is the challenge faced by companies, as a strategy to retain staff, understand the concept of happiness and take it to work is the constant task to implement strategies that lead to generate happiness in each of the workers. Defining happiness has been a study and concern since ancient times, and based on the literature review and research carried out, happiness will be addressed as one of the important factors in retaining and maintaining human talent, a vital resource of any company. The flight of personnel is a constant risk due to globalization and competitiveness, today we talk about the management of people, to have positive results that contribute to making companies sustainable. |
