Resumen: | En el ejercicio profesional docente como en muchas otras labores, se presentan circunstancias que generan ausentismo laboral, el cual consiste en el abandono o ausencia en horas, días o meses en su jornada laboral y que se manifiesta con características distintas, como por ejemplo, estrés, enfermedad profesional, enfermedad laboral, permisos por temas familiares, licencias remuneradas, licencias, no remuneradas, calamidades domésticas, retardos involuntarios, baja motivación para trabajar, clima organizacional, problemas financieros, temas sindicales (paros), etc. El ausentismo laboral es considerado como uno de los temas álgidos para las instituciones ya que tiene implicaciones tanto a nivel económico, organizacional y además baja la productividad, que afecta la calidad del trabajo en el aula de clases. Así mismo, este tipo de situaciones perjudica las relaciones interpersonales con sus pares académicos. |
Abstract: | In the teaching professional practice as in many other tasks, there are circumstances that generate absenteeism, which consists of the abandonment or absence in hours, days or months in your workday and manifested with different characteristics, such as stress , occupational disease, occupational disease, permits for family issues, paid leave, leave, unpaid, domestic calamities, involuntary delays, low motivation to work, organizational climate, financial problems, union issues (work stoppages), etc. Labor absenteeism is considered one of the most critical issues for institutions, since it has implications both economically, organizationally and also lowers productivity, which affects the quality of work in the classroom. Likewise, this type of situation impairs interpersonal relationships with their academic peers. |
