| dc.description | Currently in Colombia a National Competitiveness initiative is being carried out, establishing itself by sector, reaching a Regional competitiveness, which is denominated as the Strategic Plan of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Colombian agricultural sector, promoted by the Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation (Colciencias); the one that began to be developed in 2015 and has an already structured planning until 2027, where it is sought from the city scale, forming a compact unit from the different topics to work, to promote and manage new programs and projects. For this case, the city of Tunja will be studied from 3 points of view: supply, education and the environment. According to what has been researched and analyzed, the diagnosis shows us strong problems, such as the lack of knowledge, progress and technological training in the area of agro-industry and livestock; deficit in the study index or technical or professional graduates; practices in agriculture with chemical products causing soil erosion; deficiency in wastewater management; inadequate management of solid waste, (the use is only 2.6% at present); cost overruns for the manufacturing dependency of the municipality and lack of strengthening of the regional peasant productive fabric, generating inequality and always protecting monopolistic practices. | es_CO |
| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente en Colombia se lleva a cabo una iniciativa de competitividad Nacional, estableciéndose por sectores, llegando a una competitividad Regional, que es denominado como el Plan estratégico de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación del sector agropecuario Colombiano, promovido por el Departamento Administrativo de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (Colciencias); el que se empezó a desarrollar en el año 2015 y tienen una planeación ya estructurada hasta el 2027, donde se busca desde la escala de ciudad, conformar una unidad compacta desde las diferentes temáticas a trabajar, para promover y gestionar nuevos programas y proyectos. Para este caso se trabajará la ciudad de Tunja desde 3 puntos de vista: el abastecimiento, la educación y el medio ambiente. De acuerdo a lo investigado y analizado, el diagnóstico nos muestra fuertes problemáticas, como el déficit de conocimiento , avance y capacitación tecnológica en el área de la agroindustria y la ganadería ; déficit en el índice de estudio o graduados técnicos o profesionales ; prácticas en agricultura con productos químicos ocasionando la erosión del suelo ; deficiencia en el manejo de aguas residuales ; manejo inadecuado de residuos sólidos,(el aprovechamientos es solo del 2,6% en la actualidad ) ; sobrecostos por la dependencia manufacturera del municipio y falta del fortalecimiento del tejido productivo campesino regional ,generando inequidad y protegiendo siempre las prácticas monopólicas. | es_CO |
