Resumen: | El presente documento, evidencia información documental acerca de las Constelaciones organizacionales COs, se trata de una herramienta sistémica para la ayuda en la solución de problemáticas en las organizaciones. Se presentan los principios sistemáticos de la organización como lo son el derecho a la pertenencia, orden y el equilibrio entre dar y tomar, manteniendo una organización estable y saludable. Las constelaciones organizacionales presentan nuevas herramientas para la comprensión, el análisis y el manejo de alguna situación apoyando el desarrollo organizacional. |
Abstract: | This document, evidences documentary information about the COs organizational Constellations, is a systemic tool for help in the solution of problems in organizations. The systematic principles of the organization are presented, such as the right to belong, order and the balance between giving and taking, maintaining a stable and healthy organization. Organizational constellations present new tools for the understanding, analysis and management of any situation supporting organizational development. |
