Resumen: | La presente investigación aborda el papel fundamental del líder para gestionar eficazmente el desarrollo de las competencias personales con el fin de obtener un buen desarrollo económico, ético-social y emocional. Formando inicialmente una cultura compartida en valores y a su vez incentivando niveles de competencia, empatía y, sobre todo, desarrollando un conocimiento apropiado para moldear al personal y obtener una organización exitosa. |
Abstract: | This research addresses the fundamental role of the leader in effectively managing the development of personal competencies in order to achieve good economic, ethical-social and emotional development. Initially forming a culture shared in values and in turn encouraging levels of competence, empathy and, above all, developing an appropriate knowledge to shape the staff and obtain a successful organization. |
