| Resumen: | En esta investigación siendo un análisis documental descriptivo, tiene como objetivo, establecer las diferencias en las normas técnicas en el comercio de productos farmacéuticos en los tratados de CAN y MERCOSUR, además de realizar una comparación de dichas normas en los tratados mencionados. Donde se identificó que la normatividad técnica general usada es la “Guía de Buenas Prácticas”, implementada por la OMC y aceptada por diferentes entidades de los países miembros de los tratados, además de manejar un Registro Sanitario para el manejo y control de las empresas que comercializan en la industria farmacéutica. |
| Abstract: | This research is a descriptive documentary analysis, aims to establish the differences in technical standards in the trade of pharmaceutical products in the CAN and MERCOSUR states, in addition to making a comparison of these standards in the rights of users. Where the general technical regulations are identified, the Good Practices Guide is used, implemented by the WTO and accepted by the entities of the members of the same, in addition to the management of a Sanitary registry for the management and control of the companies that commercialize in the pharmaceutical industry. |
