Resumen: | El aprendizaje de los empleados dentro de una empresa es de suma importancia, puesto que al pasar el tiempo la globalización genera el constante cambio en aspectos culturales, sociales y económicos afectando directamente a cada una de las empresas u organizaciones. La transformación y aprendizaje organizacional son indispensables dentro de una compañía puesto que comprende todo lo necesario para llevar acabo la enseñanza de nuevas tecnologías o temas a cada uno de los trabajadores. |
Abstract: | The learning of employees in a company is the most important thing, since over time globalization generates a constant change in cultural, social and economic aspects directly affecting each of the companies or organizations. Organizational transformation and learning are indispensable in a company since it includes everything necessary to carry out the teaching of new technologies or topics to each of the workers. |
