Resumen: | El presente trabajo tiene como propósito principal identificar los tiempos de residencia que se presentan dentro del horno rotatorio para diferentes materias primas, teniendo en cuenta parámetros de operación, la transición que se presenta entre los movimientos, las características de estas materias primas y las condiciones iniciales del reactor. Este propósito se realizó por medio de una simulación de un modelo matemático en Matlab, para hallar los tiempos de residencia teniendo en cuenta la especificación de las fronteras de cada movimiento y las condiciones necesarias para que se den las transiciones entre éstos, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones de operación del horno rotatorio y las propiedades físicas de las materias primas. Las comparaciones del modelo teórico realizadas con tesis experimentales fueron satisfactorias por lo que el modelo matemático se puede usar en las materias primas analizadas y queda abierto a otras materias primas que se deseen estudiar. |
Abstract: | The main purpose of this work is to identify residence times that occur within the rotary kiln for different raw materials, taking into account operational parameters, the transition that occurs between movements, the characteristics of these raw materials and the initial conditions. of the reactor. This purpose was carried out by means of a simulation of a mathematical model in Matlab, to find residence times taking into account the specification of the borders of each movement and the necessary conditions for the transitions between them to take place, taking into account the operating conditions of the rotary kiln and the physical properties of the raw materials. The comparisons of the theoretical model made with experimental theses were satisfactory so the mathematical model can be used in the analyzed raw materials and is open to other raw materials that we wish to study. |
