Resumen:	Actualmente dentro del territorio nacional, se está llevando a cabo la implementación de planes que protejan los centros fundacionales históricos de las ciudades y municipios que componen la geografía nacional. Esto se da a partir de la necesidad de la preservación y mejora de los elementos arquitectónicos y de espacio público que cuentan con importancia histórica dentro de la tradición de determinado territorio. El patrimonio tangible e intangible ha sido un tema de discusión al pasar de los tiempos, debido a que este ha presentado diferentes etapas dentro del proceso que ha tenido, ya que siempre se ha buscado la protección de estos elementos físicos, mejorando su infraestructura física para resaltar y embellecer la importancia histórica con la que cuenta, creando el cambio de usos con el fin de revitalizar y potencializar el lugar para que exista flujo de personas que generen conciencia dentro del lugar para la preservación de este y las mejoras desarrolladas para lograr este fin. Los centros históricos y el patrimonio arquitectónico han presentado importancia y relevancia dentro de determinadas personas, en su mayoría el flujo de usuarios flotantes que están en búsqueda de experiencias culturales que hagan alusión al conocimiento de la historia del lugar, pero no se presenta el mismo interés dentro de los lugareños del sector, ya que ven estos lugares sin importancia para sus vidas cotidianas y son tomados solamente como lugares de paso que concurren al movilizarse a sus lugares de mayor permanencia.
Abstract:	Currently within the national territory, the implementation of plans that protect the historical founding centers of the cities and municipalities that make up the national geography is being carried out. This is based on the need for the preservation and improvement of architectural elements and public spaces that have historical importance within the tradition of a given territory. The tangible and intangible heritage has been a subject of discussion over time, because it has presented different stages within the process it has had, since it has always sought the protection of these physical elements, improving its physical infrastructure to highlight and embellish the historical importance that counts, creating the change of uses in order to revitalize and potentize the place for there to be a flow of people that generate awareness within the place for the preservation of this and the improvements developed to achieve this end . Historical centers and architectural heritage have presented importance and relevance within certain people, mostly the flow of floating users who are in search of cultural experiences that allude to the knowledge of the history of the place, but the same interest is not presented among the locals of the sector, since they see these places as unimportant for their daily lives and are only taken as places of passage that concur when they move to their places of greatest permanence.
