| Resumen: | Es un estudio sobre el desempleo juvenil en Bogotá, enfocado en los jóvenes recién graduados de educación superior. Se analiza la falta de políticas integrales que aborden tanto la oferta como la demanda laboral, destacando que los programas existentes, como los subsidios para la primera experiencia laboral, son insuficientes para garantizar una inserción laboral efectiva. Se identifican desafíos significativos, como la falta de información sobre oportunidades laborales y la necesidad de estrategias que incluyan capacitación, orientación vocacional y fomento del emprendimiento juvenil |
| Abstract: | This is a study on youth unemployment in Bogotá, focusing on young people who have recently graduated from higher education. It analyses the lack of comprehensive policies that address both the supply and demand for labour, highlighting that existing programmes, such as subsidies for the first work experience, are insufficient to guarantee effective labour insertion. Significant challenges are identified, such as the lack of information on job opportunities and the need for strategies that include training, vocational guidance and the promotion of youth entrepreneurship. |
