| Resumen: | El presente proyecto, está vinculado con los diferentes entornos de mercado en las distintas área técnicas, organizacionales, legales, sociales, ambientales, jurídica y financiera, permitiendo con esto llegar a obtener una estructura mucho más factible en todos los ámbitos, evaluando los análisis de sensibilidad de tipo financiero mediante las fluctuaciones en los estados de resultados y flujo de caja, así como el impacto para los inversionistas privados según el tipo de rentabilidad que buscan; sin dejar de lado, la importancia y relación del medio ambiente con la revisión técnico mecánica y evaluación en la emisión de gases contaminantes, dentro de los esquemas dados por los organismos internacionales y diferentes autores que muestran la importancia e influencia de los CDA y el medio ambiente. |
| Abstract: | The present project is linked to the different market environments in the different technical, organizational, legal, social, environmental, juridical and financial areas, thereby allowing us to obtain a much more feasible structure in all areas, evaluating the analysis of financial sensitivity through fluctuations in income statements and cash flow, as well as the impact for private investors depending on the type of profitability they seek; without leaving aside, the importance and relationship of the environment with the technical-mechanical review and evaluation of the emission of polluting gases, within the schemes given by international organizations and different authors that show the importance and influence of CDA and the environment. atmosphere. |
