Resumen:	La obsolescencia es un fenómeno que siempre amenaza la arquitectura en su ciclo de vida útil, pues principalmente la industria es la que más se ve perjudicada por los cambios y transformaciones que involucran los factores sociales, ambientales y económicos, además de que provoca el surgimiento de espacios residuales y abandonados en el tejido urbano, que son aquellos que no tienen una asignación clara en su uso y son inertes en su función y utilidad además que no cuenta con ninguna actuación de planeación e intervención integral, donde quedan a la deriva y marginación urbana. Donde la solución ha sido los planes de renovación urbana para la creación de una tabula rasa de las zonas industriales para una densificación convencional que desconoce el potencial de la productividad y de las economías contemporáneas en la intervención de estas zonas, además de desarticularse con su entorno para borrar completamente su esencia, la reactivación de la antigua cervecería Andina busca la recuperación integral de la productividad mediante una diversificación de usos que se articulen y que beneficien a las nuevas industrias intangibles y creativas con el reciclaje y adaptabilidad de infraestructuras existentes para la creación de un distrito artístico, cuyo tratamiento a estas edificaciones parte desde la aplicación de las teorías analógicas entre los campos de la arquitectura y la biología desde concepto de la simbiosis con el fin de redefinir el concepto del reciclaje que tiene como objeto la arquitectura industrial como alternativa a su demolición que se compone de tres principios de asociación para el replanteamiento de sus sistemas.
Abstract:	Obsolescence is a phenomenon that always threatens architecture in its useful life cycle, since mainly the industry is the one that is most affected by the changes and transformations that involve social, environmental and economic factors, in addition to causing the emergence of residual and abandoned spaces in the urban fabric, which are those that do not have a clear assignment in their use and are inert in their function and usefulness, in addition to not having any comprehensive planning and intervention action, where they remain adrift and urban marginalization. . Where the solution has been urban renewal plans for the creation of a blank slate of industrial zones for a conventional densification that ignores the potential of productivity and contemporary economies in the intervention of these zones, in addition to disarticulating themselves with their environment. To completely erase its essence, the reactivation of the old Andina brewery seeks the comprehensive recovery of productivity through a diversification of uses that are articulated and that benefit the new intangible and creative industries with the recycling and adaptability of existing infrastructures for the creation of an artistic district, whose treatment of these buildings starts from the application of analogical theories between the fields of architecture and biology from the concept of symbiosis in order to redefine the concept of recycling whose object is industrial architecture as an alternative to its demolition which is made up of three principles of association for the rethinking of its systems.
