Resumen:	El reciclaje de edificios abandonados es una técnica antigua pero poco utilizada, existen diferentes métodos para efectuar la rehabilitación de estos espacios arquitectónicos, ayudando a revitalizar sectores o espacios obsoletos por el cambio de uso generado por la expansión de las ciudades; un elemento a tener en cuenta para generar un mayor significado a la población respecto al nuevo uso es involucrar el valor histórico o cultural del edificio original sumado al ámbito sostenible de manera que se obtiene una mejor oportunidad para su utilización y da como resultado un edificio amigable con el medio ambiente desde técnicas como las activas y las pasivas las cuales aprovechan la bioclimática, reflejadas en las envolventes y en la configuración de espacios beneficiosos respecto a las actividades que se generarán. Representando un espacio potencializado del barrio abajo, vinculado a la historia y rompiendo barreras generadas por los usos y su sectorización con el fin de convertirse en un edificio reciclado bajo la fórmula cero carbonos, el cual contrarrestara el impacto ambiental generado en el sector industrial cercano, además de unir los sectores de industria, comercio y vivienda al estar ubicado entre sus límites.
Abstract:	Recycling abandoned buildings is an old but little used technique, There are different methods to carry out the rehabilitation of these spaces architectural, helping to revitalize sectors or spaces obsolete due to change of use generated by the expansion of cities; an element to take into account To generate greater meaning for the population regarding the new use is to involve the historical or cultural value of the original building added to the sustainable scope of way that a better opportunity for its use is obtained and gives as The result is an environmentally friendly building using techniques such as active and passive which take advantage of the bioclimatic, reflected in the surroundings and in the configuration of beneficial spaces with respect to the activities that will be generated. Representing a potentialized space in the neighborhood below, linked to history and breaking barriers generated by uses and their sectorization in order to become a recycled building under the zero formula carbons, which will counteract the environmental impact generated in the sector nearby industrial area, in addition to uniting the industry, commerce and housing sectors to the be located within its limits.
