Resumen:	Al caminar por la ciudad se perciben espacios privados que segregan y privatizan el espacio urbano, en paralelo, pareciera ser el exterior un lugar con única utilidad de tránsito… Se busca con esta investigación explorar los beneficios de habitar la calle de una manera diferente a lo acostumbrado, asimismo explorar la fachada como un espacio habitable, de anticipación a lo privado. ¿Cómo desde lo privado se puede contribuir a un hábitat más digno y a una ciudad dispuesta para todos? Debe existir una articulación con el medio exterior desde la disposición de espacios de unión, reconciliación y ocio. Disponer de accesos y primeras plantas compuestas de elementos que inciten a la estancia (corta), una pausa en el recorrido que permite liberar, articulados con espacios públicos útiles, pensados para un cambio y uso colectivo. La propuesta proyecta una intervención en el área libre de propiedad privada, asimismo, el área perteneciente al espacio público, comprendida entre la línea de demarcación de la vía y el paramento de construcción, sobre la cual no se admite ningún tipo de edificación, y el borde público- privado que configuran las fachadas de un polígono de manzanas.
Abstract:	When walking through the city, private spaces are perceived that segregate and privatize the urban space, in parallel, the exterior seems to be a place with only transit utility... This research seeks to explore the benefits of inhabiting the street in a different way than what accustomed, explore the façade as a living space, anticipating the private. How can you contribute from the private sphere to a more dignified habitat and a city ready for everyone? There must be an articulation with the external environment from the arrangement of spaces for union, reconciliation and leisure. Having accessories and first elements made up that encourage you to stay (cutting plants), a pause in the journey that allows you to free yourself, articulated with useful public spaces, designed for change and collective use. The proposal projects an intervention in the free area of private property, similar, the area belonging to the public space, including between the demarcation line of the road and the construction wall, on which no type of building is allowed, and the public-private edge that make up the facades of a polygon of blocks.
