| Resumen: | En Colombia 18.2 millones de personas se encuentran en déficit habilitación que equivale a un 36,6% de la población del país, esto se debe a la poca oferta de vivienda accesible a bajo, ya sea por parte del gobierno o el sector privado debido a que no son económicamente rentables, la situación a generado que cada día mas personas decidan construir su hogar en las periferias de las ciudades, lo cual conlleva a situaciones de informalidad urbanística y peligro de no ser en una zona segura; las construcciones en Colombia aumentan cada año un 41%, del total de estas construcciones el 71% es para vivienda y de este el 29% es destinado a vivienda VIS Y VIP. |
| Abstract: | In Colombia, 18.2 million people are in deficit, which is equivalent to 36.6% of the country's population, this is due to the low supply of affordable housing, either by the government or the private sector due to that are not economically profitable, the situation has generated that every day more people decide to build their homes on the outskirts of cities, which leads to situations of urban informality and the danger of not being in a safe area; Constructions in Colombia increase by 41% every year, of the total of these constructions, 71% is for housing and of this, 29% is destined for VIS and VIP housing. |
