| Resumen: | El presente trabajo contiene una síntesis de la planeación, diseño y desarrollo de un proyecto urbanístico y arquitectónico para la periferia de la ciudad de Bogotá, bajo los parámetros dictados en la ley 388 de 1997 para planeación de territorio en Colombia se acude a la figura del plan parcial como un instrumento para la intervención del territorio; el presente trabajo sigue los pasos por los cuales se planteó y diseño un plan parcial para el sector de tibabita en la localidad de Usaquén, Bogotá. |
| Abstract: | This paper contains a summary of the planning, design and development of an urban and architectural project for the periphery of the city of Bogotá, under parameters dictated by law 388 of 1997 for planning of territory in Colombia go to the figure ofthe partial plan as an instrument for intervention in the territory; This work follows the steps by which arose and design a masterplan for the tibabita industry in the locality of Usaquén, Bogotá. |
