Resumen:	Este documento tiene como objetivo principal el diagnóstico y la formulación de recomendaciones a cerca de las condiciones de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de los docentes de educación media y superior que a partir de la pandemia por covid-19 comenzaron a trabajar de forma remota, por este motivo y según varias investigaciones se han visto afectados en su salud integral, la información, se recolectó por medio de una matriz de riesgo GTC- 45 y un cuestionario que se aplicó a distintos docentes de educación media y superior del 100% de la población se dividió en el 15% y 85% respectivamente, de tal manera que la información sea certera y se pueda comparar con investigaciones acordes e investigaciones relacionadas con los riesgos labores que presentaban los docentes en la presencialidad. Siendo los riesgos de tipo psicosocial los de mayor prevalencia.
Abstract:	The main objective of this document is the diagnosis and formulation of recommendations about the safety and health conditions at work of employees secondary and higher education teachers who from the covid-19 pandemic they began to work remotely, for this reason and according to several investigations have been affected in their comprehensive health, the information was collected through a GTC-45 risk matrix and a questionnaire that was applied to different teachers of middle and higher education of 100% of the population was divided into 15% and 85% respectively, in such a way that the information is accurate and can be compared with appropriate investigations and investigations related to the labor risks that presented by the teachers in the face-to-face. Being the risks of psychosocial type the of higher prevalence.
