| Resumen: | Este documento presenta, como objetivo principal, el diseño de una máquina para dosificar, amasar y moldear pan de sagú, considerando la importancia y la demanda del pan en el municipio de Quetame, en el proceso de amasado y moldeado de dicho pan es donde se evidencia el mayor gasto de recurso humano, además de ser un proceso dispendioso. Con la ejecución de este proyecto se logra mejorar esta etapa, eliminando fallas tales como: cantidades inexactas de ingredientes. Este diseño debe ajustarse a los requerimientos o disponibilidad de los espacios disponibles de los establecimientos y con una producción no menor a 4000 unidades semanales. |
| Abstract: | This document presents, as its main objective, the design of a machine to dose, knead and mold sago bread, considering the importance and demand of bread in the municipality of Quetame, in the process of kneading and molding said bread is where it shows the greater expense of human resources, in addition to being a costly process. With the execution of this project it is possible to improve this stage, eliminating failures such as: inaccurate amounts of ingredients. This design must adjust to the requirements or availability of the available spaces of the establishments and with a production of no less than 4000 units per week. |
