| Resumen: | Se identificaron problemáticas en la localidad de Suba, en donde se plantea una propuesta de diseño urbano, en el tramo de la avenida longitudinal de occidente, para los sectores de las UPZ Tibabuyes y Rincón, considerando las problemáticas planteadas, se evidencia que la zona presenta déficit en áreas de recreación, reducción de cobertura vegetal, escasez en la oferta de espacio público, urbanización y contaminación en estructuras ecológicas y problemáticas sociales, debido a esto se plantea un corredor de diseño urbano y espacio público efectivo mediante estrategias de sostenibilidad. |
| Abstract: | Problems were identified in the locality of Suba, where an urban design proposal is proposed, in the section of the longitudinal avenue of the west, for the sectors of the UPZ Tibabuyes and Rincón, considering the problems raised, it is evident that the area has a deficit in recreation areas, reduction of vegetation cover, shortage in the supply of public space, urbanization and pollution in ecological structures and social problems, due to this an effective urban design and public space corridor is proposed through sustainability strategies. |
