| Resumen: | En la creación de una empresa hay varios pasos que se deben tener en cuenta para lograr el éxito empresarial, uno de ellos que tiene un impacto directo es el modelo de negocios a utilizar, a través de este trabajo se va a desarrollar uno para una empresa constructora ya establecida, este modelo se realizara con la herramienta canvas creada por Alex Osterwalder e Yves Pigneur. El modelo de negocio producido será el planteamiento inicial para llevar a la empresa a un buen posicionamiento en el mercado, crecer empresarialmente, adquirir y mantener más clientes y obtener buenos ingresos. |
| Abstract: | In the creation of a company there are several steps that must be taken into account to achieve business success, one of them that has a direct impact is the business model to use, through this work one will be developed for an established construction company, this model will be made with the canvas tool created by Alex Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur. The business model produced will be the initial approach to bringing the company to good market positioning, growing business, acquiring and maintaining more customers and earning good revenue. |
