| Resumen: | Desde el planteamiento del desarrollo de la pieza urbana del Centro Administrativo Nacional CAN, se comienza a hacer la producción de una solución espacial, estructural y paisajística para el sector. Partiendo de aspectos importantes como el desarrollo de edificaciones en altura y de carácter empresarial y financiero, que se han venido presentando sobre uno de los corredores más importantes para la ciudad de Bogotá como lo es la Av. Calle 26. De acuerdo a los planes existentes para esta zona, y la propuesta de trasladar los Ministerios Nacionales que actualmente se encuentran ahí, para el centro de la ciudad, liberando así el espacio ocupado para nuevos planes y desarrollos a futuro. |
| Abstract: | From the approach of the development of the urban piece of the National Administrative Center CAN, begins to produce a spatial, structural and landscape solution for the sector. Based on important aspects such as the development of buildings in height and business and financial, which have been presented on one of the most important corridors for the city of Bogota as is Av. Calle 26. According to the existing plans for this area, and the proposal to move the National Ministries that are currently there, to the city center, thus freeing the space occupied for new plans and developments in the future. |
