Resumen: | Este trabajo de investigación, se desarrollará en el Ministerio de las TIC. La entidad presenta un nivel de ausentismo que está afectando el rendimiento, la productividad y la vida de los empleados en ella. La interpretación está centrada en la relación directa, que existe entre el ausentismo y la satisfacción laboral de los empleados. Se identifica satisfacción de los trabajadores con el clima laboral, salario, la actitud ante el ausentismo, las condiciones de trabajo y los factores psicosociales. Es decir, que puedan observar las causas y circunstancias de los niveles de ausentismo laboral. Para demostrar la retención laboral se medirán los niveles de motivación laboral. |
Abstract: | This research work will be carried out in the Ministry of ICT. The entity has a level of absenteeism that is affecting the performance, productivity and lives of employees in it. The interpretation is focused on the direct relationship, which exists between absenteeism and employee job satisfaction. It identifies workers' satisfaction with the working climate, salary, attitude to absenteeism, working conditions and psychosocial factors. That is, they can observe the causes and circumstances of the levels of absenteeism. Occupational motivation levels will be measured to demonstrate job retention. |
