| Resumen: | El presente trabajo de grado es un caso de estudio aplicado, que se desarrolla en una fábrica de pastas italianas artesanales, ubicada en el municipio de Facatativá, Cundinamarca. Con base en la facilidad de información y accesibilidad a esta microempresa, se determinó una falencia en la dirección que se ha presentado desde sus inicios y de tal manera se hace la propuesta del plan estratégico para Bellissimo S.AS. Se realiza en común acuerdo con sus propietarios y gerentes debido al gran aporte que representa para ellos definiendo la utilidad de este para enfocar sus decisiones y acciones en objetivos planteados por medio de estrategias específicas. |
| Abstract: | This undergraduate work is an applied case study, which is carried out in a factory of artisanal Italian pastes, located in the municipality of Facatativá, Cundinamarca. Based on the ease of information and accessibility to this micro-enterprise, a lack of management that has been presented since its inception was determined and in this way the proposal of the strategic plan for Bellissimo S.AS. It is done in common with its owners and managers due to the great contribution it represents to them defining the usefulness of this to focus their decisions and actions on objectives raised through specific strategies. |
