| Resumen: | El presente trabajo es una propuesta de reestructuración técnico – administrativa para la empresa Real Confort ubicada en la localidad de Fontibón de la ciudad de Bogotá D.C., cuya actividad productiva principal es la de fabricación de colchones y somieres. Con el objetivo de realizar un primer avistamiento acerca de cómo se encuentra la empresa en relación al mercado nacional se realizó un diagnóstico, utilizando herramientas gerenciales como el análisis PESTAL de los factores que más podrían impactar en el correcto desarrollo de las labores que realiza la empresa. |
| Abstract: | This work is a proposal for technical-administrative restructuring for the company Real Confort located in the town of Fontibón in the city of Bogotá D.C., whose main productive activity is the manufacture of mattresses and boxes. In order to make a first sighting about how the company is in relation to the domestic market, a diagnosis was made, using management tools such as the PESTAL analysis of the factors that could most impact the correct development of the work carried out by the company. |
