Resumen:	El proyecto urbano se encuentra en Colombia, en el departamento del Cesar, en el cual se realizara el diseño a nivel de Plan Maestro con un impacto regional, con el fin de dar apoyo agro económico, social, entre otros. Teniendo en cuenta el principal sector de la economía del cual el municipio, ciudad o región haga parte para que así de esta manera vayan ligados, tanto el proyecto urbano como la población, enlazándola de esta manera igualmente a las diferentes infraestructuras viales, terrestre, fluviales y de infraestructura, de esta manera se podrán conectar regiones que se encontraban aisladas o realizando funciones individualmente, con el resto del país, y también con un fin de relaciones internacionales.
Abstract:	The urban project is located in Colombia, in the department of Cesar, in which the design is carried out at the Master Plan level with a regional impact, in order to provide agro-economic and social support, among others. Taking into account the main sector of the economy of which the municipality, city or region is part so that in this way they are linked, both the urban project and the population, thus linking equally to the different road, land and river infrastructures and infrastructure, in this way regions that are easily found or functions can be individually connected, with the rest of the country, and also for the purpose of international relations.
