Resumen:	La presente reestructuración técnica administrativa para la empresa Audiocom S.A.S., se realiza con la finalidad de aumentar la productividad de la organización por medio del impacto de sus procesos internos y la identificación de las falencias de la compañía para así, generar un valor agregado en el servicio que se presta a los usuarios y mantener un amplio posicionamiento en el mercado o realizar la exploración de nuevos territorios. En primera instancia, se realiza el respectivo diagnóstico (interno y externo) para la organización, el cual permite identificar la situación actual de la compañía. Lo anterior con ayuda de herramientas como el análisis PESTAL, las cinco fuerzas de Porter, el autodiagnóstico de la cámara de comercio de Bogotá y la matriz DOFA como instrumento principal para la generación de estrategias de mejora.
Abstract:	The present administrative technical restructuring for the company Audiocom SAS, is carried out with the purpose of increasing the productivity of the organization through the impact of its internal processes and the identification of the company's failures in order to generate added value in the service It lends itself to users and maintain a broad market position or perform exploration of new territories. In the first instance, the respective diagnosis (internal and external) for the organization is made, which allows identifying the current situation of the company. The above with the help of tools such as PESTAL analysis, Porter's five forces, the self-diagnosis of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and the DOFA matrix as the main instrument for the generation of improvement strategies.
