Resumen: | Inicialmente se realizó una búsqueda de información acerca del proceso de trituración de las botellas plásticas de PET, mediante el cual se pudo obtener un panorama acerca de la problemática que se origina en torno a este material, después se realizó una recopilación de datos de pequeñas y medianas empresas de reciclaje para poder determinar los parámetros y requerimientos a los cuales trabajaría la máquina. Después se realizó una búsqueda de información la cual permitió determinar las tecnologías actuales utilizadas en la trituración del PET, conociendo lo anterior se ejecutaron una serie de alternativas que permitieron seleccionar uno de los subsistemas de la máquina y que a su vez cumpliera con los parámetros establecidos inicialmente. |
Abstract: | Initially, an information search was carried out on the crushing process of the PET plastic bottles, through which an overview of the problem that originated around this material could be obtained, then a collection of small and small data was carried out. medium recycling companies to determine the parameters and requirements to which the machine would work. Then an information search was carried out which allowed to determine the current technologies used in the crushing of PET, knowing the above a series of alternatives were executed that allowed to select one of the subsystems of the machine and that in turn met the established parameters initially. |
