Resumen:	Se realizará un análisis riguroso de la situación actual de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia para conocer el contexto en el cual se propondrá la implementación del modelo REIT, seguido de esto, se indaga acerca del REIT estadounidense como casa matriz del modelo, con un análisis estructural del comportamiento de los diferentes REIT. Conociendo su contexto, inicio y avances del REIT se hará una propuesta, luego de conocer los vehículos que Colombia tiene actualmente en el mercado y compararlos con el modelo REIT, con el fin de analizar si posible viabilizarlo o no en el país. Con la premisa que el inversionista es el agente más importante del mercado.
Abstract:	A rigorous analysis of the current situation of the Colombian Stock Exchange will be carried out to know the context in which the implementation of the REIT model will be proposed, followed by this, the US REIT will be investigated as the parent company of the model, with an analysis structural behavior of the different REITs. Knowing its context, beginning and progress of the REIT, a proposal will be made, after knowing the vehicles that Colombia currently has in the market and comparing them with the REIT model, in order to analyze whether or not it is possible to make it viable in the country. With the premise that the investor is the most important agent in the market.
