| dc.description | The objective of this work is to create a matrix called ECOstream, based on Colombian environmental regulations, with the aim of minimizing environmental impacts in a greater percentage than at present, and through it, reducing the social conflicts generated by the hydrocarbon sector. In first place, the work contains a historical compilation of the Antares Exploration Field and its geology, as well as extensive information on environmental licensing in Colombia over the years and currently. The requirements contemplated in the laws, decrees and resolutions that cover the area of interest are identified, and then presented in the ECOstream matrix that proceeds to develop compliance with the established items of each phase of environmental studies and evaluations necessary to proceed to the application for an environmental license, taking account that it also includes the Territorial Strategy of Hydrocarbons created by the ANH to combat social conflicts in the country. Finally, the proposal of the economic benefits that ECOstream would generate in the oil industry is presented, not only implicit in the UPstream area, but, as an additional area of operation of the hydrocarbon sector. | es_CO |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar una matriz llamada ECOstream basada en la reglamentación ambiental colombiana, con el fin de lograr minimizar los impactos ambientales en un mayor porcentaje de lo actual, y a través de ella, reducir los conflictos sociales generados por el sector de hidrocarburos. En primer lugar, el trabajo contiene una recopilación histórica del Campo de Exploración Antares y su geología, así como una amplia información del licenciamiento ambiental en Colombia a través de los años y actualmente. Se identifican los requerimientos contemplados en las leyes, decretos y resoluciones que abarcan el área de interés, para luego, presentarse en la matriz ECOstream que procede a desarrollar el cumplimiento de los ítems establecidos de cada fase de estudios y evaluaciones ambientales necesarias para proseguir a la solicitud de licencia ambiental, teniendo en cuenta, que también abarca la Estrategia Territorial de Hidrocarburos creada por la ANH para combatir los conflictos sociales en el país. Finalmente, se presenta el planteamiento de los beneficios económicos que generaría implementar ECOstream en la industria petrolera, no solo implícita en el área de UPstream, sino, como un área adicional de operación del sector hidrocarburifero. | es_CO |
