Resumen:	En la primera parte de este proceso se realizó un diagnóstico, el cual consistía en la recolección de información por medio del PESTAL, utilizado como herramienta para la identificación de oportunidades, amenazas, debilidades y fortalezas y cuyo objetivo era la construcción de la matriz DOFA en la que se establecerían estrategias necesarias para disminuir los riesgos a los que se encuentra expuesta y aprovechar sus oportunidades dentro del mercado.Finalmente se encuentra el estudio financiero, el cual tiene como fin evidenciar de manera clara la rentabilidad de la organización así como su sostenibilidad y las posibles viabilidades que puedan presentarse en Industrias Alimenticias R&J S.A.S., para el cumplimiento de lo anterior se analizaron factores tales como la inversión, estados financieros en los que se encuentran estado de resultados, flujo de caja, así como la aplicación de indicadores financieros tales como la tasa interna de oportunidad, valor presente neto, tasa interna de retorno y por último la relación beneficio costo.
Abstract:	In the first part of the process it has been made a diagnostic, which consist in the recollection of information through the PESTAL, used as a tool for the identification of opportunities, threats, debility and strengths, whose objective was the construction of a DOFA matrix in which they would necessary strategies to decrease the risk to which it is exposed and to take advantage of the opportunities in the market. Finally it’s found in the financial study, which is clearly intended of the profitability of organization as well as its sustainability and the possible viabilities that can present in the Industrias Alimenticias R&J S.A.S., for previous compliance were analyzed factors like inversions, financial states where is found states of results, cash flow, as well as the application of financial indicators such as the internal rate of opportunities, net present values internal rate of return and finally cost benefit ratio.
