| Resumen: | El presente documento describe el plan de negocios para la compañía Soinco S.A.S, ubicada en la ciudad de Bogotá/Colombia, que cuenta con dos unidades de negocio desarrollando soluciones para las empresas de construcción que estén ofreciendo o desarrollando actividades en las concesiones de cuarta generación (4G). En este documento se evalúan los distintos aspectos que permiten determinar la factibilidad del plan de negocios y el desarrollo de los componentes aquí descritos y que fueron desarrollados usando como modelo la "Guía práctica para la elaboración de un plan de negocio" de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción y en el "Manual para la elaboración de planes de negocios" del Ministerio de Comercio y la Corporación Ventures. |
| Abstract: | This document describes the business plan for the company Soinco S. A. S, located in the city of Bogotá, Colombia, which has two units of business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) and Concrete. In this, the various aspects that allow to determine its feasibility are evaluated and the development of the components described here are based on the "Practical Guide for the elaboration of a business Plan" of the National University of Asunción and on the "Manual for the elaboration of business plans" of the Ministry of Commerce and the Corporation Ventures. These documents are considered practical and reliable for the development of business plans. |
