| Resumen: | En este trabajo se presenta una propuesta para la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, en Laser Pharmaceutica S.A.S, basado en los requisitos de la NTC-ISO 45001: 2018 y el Decreto 1072 de 2015. La empresa caso de estudio cuenta con más de 14 años de experiencia en la prestación de servicios de control de calidad, para empresas del sector farmacéutico humano, veterinario y la industria cosmética, entre otros. La propuesta surge en respuesta a la necesidad de la empresa de implementar estrategias que le permitan ser más competitiva en el mercado, y proporcionar una mayor confianza a sus clientes y demás partes interesadas, así como dar cumplimiento al requisito legal de establecer un sistema de gestión seguridad y salud en el trabajo. |
| Abstract: | This paper presents a proposal for the implementation of a management system in safety and health at work, in Laser Pharmaceutica S.A.S, based on the requirements of the NTC - ISO 45001:2018 and the Decree 1072 of 2015. The case study company has over 14 years of experience in the provision of quality control, for human, veterinary pharmaceuticals and cosmetics industry companies, among others. The proposal comes in response to the need for the company to implement strategies enabling it to become more competitive in the market, and provide greater confidence to their customers and other interested parties, as well as to comply with the legal requirement of safety and health at work management system. |
