| Resumen: | En este trabajo se realizó la logística internacional para la exportación de arequipe de Colombia hacia México, utilizando el modelo Total Quality Management (TQM) como base para la realización del trabajo. Se escogió el modelo TQM ya que es el cual siempre se enfoca en el cliente, ya que si el cliente encuentra satisfacción total en la entrega de la mercancía significa que los procesos se están realizando de la mejor manera. |
| Abstract: | In this work the international logistics for the export of Arequipe from Colombia to Mexico was made, using the Total Quality Management (TQM) model as the basis for the realization of the work. The TQM model was chosen since it always focuses on the client, since if the client finds total satisfaction in the delivery of the merchandise it means that the processes are being carried out in the best way. |
